Document Delivery is a service that provides PDF copies of articles and book chapters directly to our users. Unlike the Interlibrary Loan of books from other libraries, you do not have to return these items. They are yours to keep!
A common example of Document Delivery is when you request an article from one of our EBSCO databases using the "Request Item" link. Once located, you will be provided a PDF copy of the article. Likewise, you might find a chapter in a book that you would like to have. Our Document Delivery Office will seek to obtain it as a PDF for you. Not the entire book, mind you. If you need the entire book, you would need to request it as an Interlibrary Loan from another library--and you'll have to send it back.
